6th Anniversary - A Word from the CEO

Six years ago, on the 6th May 2011, the Green family from the North-East of Scotland launched the Offshore Safety training company, Survivex. The training centre, based in Aberdeen, have grown rapidly and achieved a vast amount over their six years in business. Andrew Green, CEO would like to share a brief statement on the sixth anniversary of Survivex.

“This time 6 years ago was an exciting time for my family, after many months of investment, planning and hard-work we were ready to launch Survivex. Our aim was to provide the Oil & Gas operators and service companies in the North Sea with expert, quality safety training delivered locally and we believe we successfully provide this.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of the 100,000 delegates and 2,000 companies that have chosen Survivex as their training provider over the past six years. We greatly appreciate you all supporting a local family-run business, especially during the oil and gas downturn. By supporting Survivex, you are helping the regional economy and protecting local jobs. “

“We are proud to be a home grown North-East company. We use local suppliers where possible and give back to the community by fundraising for Scottish charities such as The Archie Foundation.”

“As a family-run business we continue to strive to provide the best training, instructors, facilities and customer service to our clients and delegates. Even in times of austerity and cutbacks, we have remained strong and hope to carry on providing our services in the North Sea and beyond for many years to come.”
