QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Question: My course is tomorrow, what should I do?
Answer: Our Aberdeen and Newcastle centres are now closed and all staff are working from home. We will contact everyone as soon as possible, but please do not come to the training centres as our doors are locked. If we aren’t able to contact you before your course starts, please rest assured that we will reschedule courses for free.
Question: When are you rescheduling courses, what happens if the lock-down is extended?
Answer: From Easter weekend onwards we are operating a core-schedule of courses. The re-scheduling of existing bookings will have priority with these dates. We are working towards restarting courses from the 13th April – if however, government advice changes in the meantime we may have to alter this scheduling again.
Question: My certificate is due to expire within this time, what will happen with my refresher training?
Answer: Most awarding bodies have permitted extensions. Some require a basic application to be made and not all are included. Please refer to our website article for the latest available information, this is updated each morning.
Question: I was midway through a course, what will happen?
Answer: We are currently speaking to awarding bodies and will take their guidance. We will speak to each affected delegate as soon as we have the answers ourselves from each awarding body.
Question: Can I change my course dates?
Answer: Yes, you can change your course date to a future course for free, as long as there is availability on that course
Question: Am I able to get a refund on my training course?
Answer: In the first instance we will ask if you would like to reschedule your course date. However, if none of the dates are suitable, or if you no longer have a need for a course, you can of course cancel without being charged.
