Calling all Crewing Agents & Seafarers – STCW Training Requirements for 2017...
From 1st January 2017, all seafarers are required to demonstrate that they have maintained the competence levels required to safely carry out tasks, duties and responsibilities regarding emergency, occupational safety and survival functions.
As of this date, all personnel serving onboard a ship must have documentary evidence of either completing the training course or updating existing training within the last 5 years.
