The recent North Sea mobilisation of COSL’s 6th Generation harsh environment semi-submersible drilling unit – the COSL Innovator – marks an important milestone for AGR and AIS Survivex
Recruitment specialist, Advance Global Recruitment (AGR), was commissioned as sole supplier of personnel for the project and AIS Survivex its preferred training provider.
More than 100 skilled personnel were required in a wide variety of roles from Roustabouts to DPOs, EROs, Drillers and Toolpushers. Working closely with AGR, AIS Survivex helped to identify any skills gaps and quickly and effectively delivered the relevant OPITO-approved training to ensure compliance and competency.
As well as emergency response courses, this training included Coxswain freefall, offshore survival, crisis management and specialist skills courses.
