The 23rd June marks 'International Women in Engineering Day’ 2019.
As a training provider to the global Energy Sector we welcome individuals of any nationality, background and gender. Over the years we have been happy to see increased numbers of female delegates through our doors – encouraging diversity in a historically male dominated industry.
This shift towards diversity can be attributed in part to programmes such as Oil and Gas Technical Apprenticeship Programme (OGTAP) which encourage young talent, no matter their gender, into the Oil & Gas industry.
