We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team in Aberdeen. In this role you will be responsible for "P-series" client sales and activities. Working in an outbound role, you will grow our client base whilst ensuring that we maintain our current clients. 

Responsibilities

Duties are including but not limited to: 

  • Direct client engagement (meetings, phone calls, direct emails)
  • Promotional mail campaigns – targeted to business needs
  • Upsell opportunities across training course portfolio
  • Cross sell opportunities across group
  • Predominant local remit
  • Support for bookings coordination to engage new clients and onboarding

  • Proven success in a previous sales role
  • Excellent negotiation skills with strong closing skills

  • A hands on approach to problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
