We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Training (TMS) Coordinator to join the team in Aberdeen. In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of training for designated clients.
Responsibilities
Duties are including but not limited to:
- Build strong working relationships with designated clients
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails and training enquiries in a timely manner
- Proactively speak with designate clients, delegates and third-party training providers in order to provide first class customer service
- Use initiative to secure training in most suitable location for delegates
- Ensure all requests are handled in line with contract specific requirements
- Ensure all data input to the system is accurate and completed in a timely manner in accordance with KPI’s
- Provide first class customer service and support at all times
Skills, knowledge and experience
You will be proactive and motivated with a passion for customer service excellence. You will have:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently using your own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role as an advantage
