AIS Survivex deliver first virtual OPITO Major Emergency Management Initial Response (MEM-IR) training course.
Connecting delegates from across the globe as far away as Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and France from our centre of excellence in Aberdeen, our virtual MEM-IR pilot for a major drilling client last month has been hailed as a resounding success.
OPITO MEM-IR introduces current crisis management practices for offshore environments. Our virtual training is conducted via live video link using our own Operations Training Simulator (OTS) online – enabling delegates to connect wherever they are based in the world.
Highly experienced instructors can see and hear all the decisions a delegate is making and how they are interacting with other personnel in the simulation in real-time.
Since the initial course ran last month, we have followed-up this success training delegates from India and the USA, with up-coming events scheduled in November and December!
